►Approx. cost of 2 tablets required for 100ppm in 10 ltr. water is Rs. 11.00. Approx. cost of 2 litmus papers is Rs. 4.50. Total cost for 5 minutes of chlorine exposure in 10 Itr. water for approx. 10kg vegetables is Rs.15.50 approx. + cost of chilled water.
► Veg Fru Wash at dilution of 2% in water. A restaurant with average daily consumption of 50-100 kg of vegetables requires 60ml. of Veg Fru Wash in 3 ltr. water. This mixed solution is good for the entire day.
